Faith Lauer, FNP received her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University. Lauer has 40 years of nursing experience. Her nursing career began in the U.S. Navy, and she has worked in nursing home, inpatient and hospice settings. When she isn’t treating patients, Lauer enjoys swimming, hiking, gardening and reading.
